Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wondered if anyone might know. I have a dab titan 3 for the uk freeview channels but they have been disappearing one by one recently. A scan doesn't seem to pick them up, is there a firmware upgrade needed or just get a new box ? Thanks

    Sab Titan 3?

Which transmitter are you getting signal from?

Must be a problem with the dish. It could have moved a bit. Or the LNB, the part that sticks out from the dish. They can develop a fault which loses some channels. You should be getting over 400 Free to Air channels if the set up is good.

    https://en.kingofsat.net/freqs.php?&pos=28.2E&standard=All&ordre=freq&filtre=Clear

You probably need to get someone to take a look at the dish / LNB. In the meantime try scanning individual transponders, and take a look at the signal strength readings on the screen. Some of them are super strong, some very weak.

I believe it's related to this

Wondering if anyone might have experienced the same and had to update firmware.

    Channel 4 +1, e4 and e4+1.. don't think BBC's have a +1

I did note that the 3 above are strong signal but coming up as scrambled

Not too sure on that one, didn't see anyway to select other than the frequency. Should that be an option to select or is it something on the frequency list ?

Freeview is the UK terrestrial service which is received with an aerial, not a dish. Have you an aerial and a dish? If you have an aerial what stations do you receive on it?

Dish, have all the channels bar the few mentioned above that seem to have gone one by one over recent months. These are now showing up as scrambled so wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing the same missing channel's on a satellite freeview service

Go back to the video and list of Free to Air channels link I posted. Start with the transponder 10936 V. When you scan that using the method in the video you should get four different free regional versions of Channel 4 + 1, along with some other channels. Then look at the list of channels for the other ones you need, and pick whichever transponders they are on to scan using the same method.

Another thing you could check. Is there a socket on the back of your TV to which you can connect the lead from the dish which is currently plugged into the Sab? If there is that is a satellite tuner, which you can use to scan for channels. There will be a menu on the TV remote control. If the Sab is faulty, you might get all the channels that way.

The last thing you could try is get another box from someone and see what channels you can get on that.

@dxhound2005, switched to the above transponder and rescan worked. Picked up all the new FTA channel's that I'd lost. Thanks for the tip
