Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Another one here who had a fairly sleepless night, but so as not to perpetuate the cycle, I’m up since 8 and reorganising some of the kitchen presses. Should be hoovering, but this is more fun, really I’m Googling all the pretty storage containers I could buy :pac:

Must have been something in the air last night, preventing people from sleeping:(

My trip today, this area basically houses the sister city of Petra in Jordan, it was part of the spice route from Constantinople to Asia and controlled by a tribe called the Nabataeans.

Just finished making a lasagne and have it in the oven , for tomorrow. We both decided we didn't want a roast/veg/potatoes dinner so that'll be a nice change .

It's pizza night here. Minions get to pick dinner for Saturday night and I'm 100 percent with their choice tonight.
Have held off on the valium today so I can have some wine later, medicinal wine.

Another boring enough day with not much going on after yesterdays "road trip".:D I'm finished my Tom Hanks seasonof recordings for now with Saving Private Ryan. My pitiful claim to fame is that while Spielberg was shooting his multi million dollar film in Curracloe, I was shooting a mickey mouse music documentary in Brittas Bay.:D We tried to get onto the big movie set, but all around Curracloe was literally locked down.:D

Homeside and shattered after finishing the weekend shop. It seems my local Lidl is running an "East German Weeks" sale. At least that's the only explanation I have for the numerous products missing on the shelves :pac:

Good luck trying to figure me out. I haven't managed that myself yet!

Turn that frown upside down gremlin, I had a steak sandwich earlier but I'm hungry again, so I think a cupan tae and toast and cheese is in order with lea perrins sauce, who's with me ?

The absolute best way to have cheese on toast, I approve ;)

Gonna have to Google this one “ lea perrins sauce”... Had a toasty myself earlier.. still roundly from it.

Couchside, legs walked off me again. This 40km a week for charity may prove to break me... we’ll see :pac:

Feeling a tinge of boredom seeping in... what to do, what to do...

Tunes - can’t admit it on a public forum.

And its feckin great sprinkled into a bag of Tayto. But sprinkled over a slice of cheese on a toastie is a right of passage.

The best way I can describe it mam is it has a tangy taste with a kick, its savage! next time you're doing a shop mam buy a bottle, buy some cheddar cheese, some nice bread, toast the bread, grate the cheese, a healthy dash of lea on each slice, throw it in the grill until the cheese is melted and walla! a savage meal is served :D:D

I’m with Mam here. Anchovies are on “the devils list” and not the good one.

Bedside, waking up after a much-needed 3.5 hour sleep. Very busy earlier on today getting some things sorted but so tired after 4 nights in a row of rotten sleep.

    Now, to think of dinner...

Hes like a fine wine, improves with age, I didn't even fancy him until he aged.

Couchside, supping wine, watching National Geographic, the Saturday night excitement is palatable, not.

There is a few in here who cannot meet that comparison.
