    Hi All,

    I'm looking for recommendations and approximate costs for a surveyor to prepare a land registry compliant map for a site transfer.

    I called a local surveyor and he's quoted €500 + VAT, which I thought was expensive.

    Is this the going rate, or can it be done cheaper?

    Sounds about what I see here in Dublin.
    The guy has to put his name and PI on it.
