    Hi, student until May 2021 - got an email this week advising my account would be moved over to a graduate account...can this please be reversed.

    I will not complete my course until next year.

    In this instance, it would be best to call into any of our branches with photo ID and proof of your continues 3rd level education. One of my colleagues will be more than happy to help you with this and ensure your student account continues.
