One rule for them. That whole Stanley tweet debacle just showed how vengeful and spiteful the FG party is. It was nothing but payback for Leo varadkar being embarrassed by having to make a statement to Dail on leaking confidential document to his mates. So what would be your solution be to say eg..... a teacher/social worker/police officer/ facing allegations of some kind ....according to your idea you would allow them to remain in the job until proven innocent or guilty.



Nobody is saying Leo Varadkar is guilty of anything but he is involved in a garda investigation and therefore should step aside until the investigation is over....

She should resign it's a complete conflict of interest and a justice minister declaring someone innocent before an investigation is like something you'd see in russia. Can you imagine the pressure of a Gardai investigating this knowing the justice minister and commissioner are locked in tight with the person you're investigating? Especially after we seen what they do to whistleblowers etc.

Like I said in my post this is the standard response nothing to see here and try to take the thread off topic.

I was assured that there was "nothing to see here" and this story would be "dead by the end of the week"...almost 5 months ago. Remember, the US Election was going to swallow it in a tidal wave of news?
