On citizens information it's written as below. I wanted to ask is this valid for products bought on richer sounds?

You are entitled to raise a problem about a product for up to 6 years from the date of buying it. This applies regardless of the terms of any guarantee or warrantee

    Hi Lijop99,

thanks for the post and of course you are entitled to raise a problem - in the last few days I have has a Customer complain to me about their Yamaha Micro system which was 13 years old - we do try to assist all our Customers in this regard - virtually all our TV and projector products now also include a 6 year guarantee from us included in the basic price.

Hope that's helpful but as ever keep us posted if we can assist in any way,

    ATVB,

I wonder if this is possible for an oled burnin. If the burnin is not covered under manufacturer warranty or seller warranty. It doesn't matter when this is covered under consumer law. Right?

    Hi Lijop99,

thanks for the post and apologies for the delay getting back to you.

There is no problem raising an issue on OLED burn - we are happy to have any issue looked at by authorised service agents to determine how the issue has arisen.

If you do have an issue and you purchased from us just drop us a mail with some initial screen photos in normal operating conditions to sales@richersounds.ie with your details and we will revert asap.

    ATVB,
