Petronas Towers for me, the only one I am familiar with and very much a landmark in Kuala Lumpur.

Dinner in the sky scares the **** out of me just looking at it to be honest.

I really want to choose the theme park but Petronas towers looks magnificent, so i'll go with that.

and the dinner in the sky, I wouldn't even do it if it was given as a birthday gift!

If you ever find yourself over in Malaysia it's worth a trip, you get to take a cable car up the mountain to get into it :D

I think we should all chip in for Sinead's birthday, for a voucher for dinner in the sky.

We have passed the halfway point of the qualifiers now folks so it feels like a natural break to take for the night. Tomorrow we will pick it up and see some more contenders battling it out to represent their countries.

    Ta' Pinu

The designs at the front make it really unique.

Half-time here. Any advance on one vote!?

I love Malta and any of the entrants would be fine by me.

Whenever we visit Gozo we always visit Ta' Pinu. Neither of us are remotely religious but there's a room there, full of letters and artifacts of the thousands of people (many of them children) that have been "cured" - I don't know but I always get a bit of a lump in the throat looking in there.

Great job on the pix Mack.

    Mdina Old City

I have visited all but one of those places in Malta. They are all amazing but the condition that Mdina is in and how prominent it is way up on elevated ground wins it for me.

Mdina Old City. Blue Lagoon is fab too but Mdina stands out.
