    Kinda has to be

    The Matterhorn

I've been in that library, and it's lovely and they make you wear these weird slippers so you don't mark the floor and there's an interesting Irish connection to the whole thing...but I still have to vote for the Matterhorn, it's a pretty spectacular mountain peak.

I'm sure there's more to Switzerland but going by what was nominated, I'll choose the library because I think its beautiful

    Ko Pha-ngan Full Moon Party

It's wild, it's whacky, it's very different - but I definitely consider it a landmark given the vast amount of people who travel for it.

Great Buddha - I wonder does it always stay so gold & vibrant or does it end up looking more dull irl

I have been to 5 full moon parties but not sure it makes my top 10 places in Thailand :pac::pac::pac: Great nights though

Sanctuary of truth for me, looks deadly and the one place I havent been

Sanctuary of Truth looks spectacular. Intrigued to read that it is made entirely of wood.

Mushy mountain is certainly whacky! First one in 2011, last one in 2017! Changed a lot in the few years!

I was there in September 09 and June 11 myself. :D

    Mad stuff altogether.

Sanctuary of truth looks the standout here. Nice setting on the seafront as well.

Sanctuary of Truth, it looks really cool, I'm sad the white temple isn't nominated but this is just as awesome

Great Buddha for me..... that is BIG!! And GOLD!!!

Full Moon Party sounds like something I'd pay a lot of money not to attend!

Ooh I'm intrigued, what goes on at this Moon Party? Do tell..

Sounds horrible. Bit like nominating St Patrick's Day Festival for Ireland.

The Sanctuary thing stands out for me as well.
