Skelligs, all day long.


The history, the beauty, their position 9 miles out to sea, the complete ridiculousness of the idea of people living on top of a rock (having chosen to do so!) over 1000 years ago....



The cathedral is magnificient, but cannot match the Skelligs for sheer spectacle and uniqueness.

Going with the Skelligs here, much as I love the Sagrada Famille, the Skelligs are a crazy mix of nature and man made, out in an ocean!
So many years ago, what were They thinking!

They are amazing & no doubt should have won the Ireland competition.

Sagrada Familia - it's an amazing building and the Skelligs just don't do anything for me at all against this level of competition. Again I'm convinced that if neither of these were in Ireland Sagrada Familia would win easily, but I think this will be close.

Milford sound! A very tranquil and peaceful place. One of the best places I've been even the drive there is worthy of a place in this tournament.

Missed the Skelligs vote, a truly amazing place! If you haven't been there you should go, it's incredible

Now I love NZ, lived there 3 years and was devastated leaving.

Easter Island is just much more of a landmark, all of NZ is beautiful and scenic aside from a couple of scumbag towns along the way.
