Machu Picchu for me here..... not even sure i can say why, but it just appeals to me more - both are huge, widely known landmarks, but if I was offered a trip to Peru or Egypt, I'd take Peru in a heartbeat.

I will go with Pyramids of Giza (Egypt) as my obsession with Ancient Egypt spans longer.

Well then Machu Picchu as I watched a documentary on it recently having always liked for look of the place and the engineering that went into it was amazing even by today’s standards.
