Hey Everyone,

My work is changing the terms of our contract, and without getting into too much detail we need to sign a contract amendment or face redundancy (role without amendment will cease to exist). My question is the following, does the employer need to notify you if they intend to give you statutory redundancy or add a package on top? This would influence my decision.
