Mortgage Balance on 365 Mobile/Online - Shows Accrued Interest?

    Good afternoon,

    Quick question re. BOI mortgage balance shown in the 365 app. Am I correct that the balance shows accrued interest? If so, up to what date is that balance shows? 

    For example if today in my app the balance for my mortgage shown was 101,000, would that be accurate as of close of business on the last working day? Thanks.
