Hi, I need a meter reading(s) as proof of address for the council to discharge a NPPR cert for the sale of a property. I am waiting two weeks with no response from emails sent and over phone was told today not possible. My solicitor needs this as property needs to be signed off by end of month, can you help me please? Avril
