The vote in Miami Dade will be important. How are the Cubans voting?

On the % across the diff States it seems Trump is back a few on 2016 and Biden up a few on Clinton.

This is telling because basically to have any chance trump needs to do as well as he did against Clinton in the swing states, which I suspect he won't get anywhere near.

The other channels are very chatty so I think I'll stick to the man speaking quickly with a big screen on CNN

That screen is addictive! Seriously impressive coverage on CNN.

MSNBC are reporting that they just got 1,000,000 votes in Florida form Miami dade county and trump is running above his 2016 number. But I think Biden is over performing in a county trump won in 2016 so it’s clear that it’s going to be a squeaker.

    It's looking bad.

    Miami-Dade numbers are BAD

    Early/Absentees in -- Biden 54-45

That is atrocious. Clinton won it by 30 points. This is gonna hurt #flapol

I thought you weren't paying any attention to Florida? ;) Jokes, it would be amazing if he could somehow take Florida and end this thing at the first opportunity.

I can't help it. Wolf keeps shouting at it.

You can read something into the percentages, Biden should jump ahead with the early and absentee votes and trump will catch up so it will be close but the percentages are very important. Trump seems to be running worse than 2016 and Biden is running better than Clinton so far so there's something there but it's way too early to read much into Florida.

Biden did very badly in the Miami Dade early results.

Yes. You can read trends, is Trump up or down v 2016. It's a good indication.

I ****ing love Florida and it's insanity and unpredictability, both in terms of what "Florida man" gets up to on any given day and in terms of presidential races!
Oooooh, it's all connected don't you know!

    Trump 11, Biden 0.

When I wake tomorrow morning I hope to see a continuation of the glorious Trump presidency.

It's in bad taste to call it glorious when there's well over 200k dead this year due to the failures of this president

If you have the stats for a similar subset of votes counted as 4 years ago yes. Otherwise no.

Later votes for Florida will be the rural ones which will break Trump.

Personally I have no idea if Biden is ahead compared to Clinton, hope so but you have to compare to where in the state the votes are coming from to 4 years ago to get the trend

Biden doesn't seem to be doing as well in Miami Dade, which is a massive concern and if that numbers stay the same it's over for him in Florida I think. Apparently it's today's vote though that's coming through from Miami Dade and not the early vote so that would explain that.

    Florida is great craic

I take it back. Trump is going to win Florida. Biden isn't getting the votes in Miami Dade.

This is why we should ignore Florida
