Looking much less bleak than an hour ago. Mail in ballots look good in Michigan and Wisconsin. Pennsylvania will hopefully come through along with Maine 2 and Nebraska 2

    292-246 a very real possibility.

Doesn't he need more than Mich and Wis though?

What the **** the odds really turned upside down on who's going to be next president

    Trump 4/5
    Biden evens

The early voting and the difference in when they are counted from state to state has put the cat among the pigeons betting wise

Looks like the Republicans have won the NC senate race. No chance of NC going for Biden now.

Not a guaranteed correlation. Unlike two years ago, Trump is on the ballot today. Conservative independents, for example, who disliked Trump had to vote against lower ticket folks to make their opinions felt. Today, they can still vote R for their Congresscritter, and vote against Trump on the top ticket.

So apparently there are some 2mn postal votes in PA. 66% were by registered democrats, 23% by Republicans. If the current gap remains about the same for the duration of the 'in person' vote tally, that'll be enough to flip the Commonwealth.

It's gone, don't worry about it. Maricopa county (Phoenix) which has 60% of the electorate has reported less than the state overall so Biden is safe. Start looking for another state to start some dissension about.

Just Fox. Nate Silver has said he thinks it's premature to call it just yet

There is still a massive amount of votes to be counted around Atlanta.

Fulton and DeKalb Counties have only 58% and 31% with very large population centers and very blue splits.

Minnesota called for Biden by AP

The Governor of PA, Ed Rendell, was just on ABC News.

Health warning: He's a Democrat but he thinks Biden will win by 2.5-3% in that state once all of the mail votes have been counted.

How it looks to be shaping up for Trump's last path to a win:

Can't afford to lose anything else on that path. (and it's a tie!)

Biden is way in the lead

But in the US, this means trump is winning right?

Don't get too confident of those paths. AZ is not in the bag yet.

I'm wondering if Joe Biden had chosen Stacy Abrams as his running mate, he could have taken Georgia. I think GA will be very close when is all said and done.

I'm starting to get that sick feeling of dread in the pit of my stomach that Trump is going to get back in somehow. Even though I've been reasonably confident of a Biden win for the last couple of months..
I'm gonna take that cue myself.

Could have done without that heart attack few hours.

At least I got the Jameson Black Barrel open for the night :)

I’m surprised at the level of interest in politics here on the forum but this kind of thing just baffles me.

“Heart attach few hours” and “feelings of dread” - what is bringing on this emotion? Do you live in the US?
