Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My old man has virgin media tv, (an unbeatable lifetime deal so he won’t be moving). He has old HD boxes with record function. I’ve not played with them in a good while so not familiar with their functionality.
I haven’t had virgin tv in probably over 10 years myself so not to familiar with the setup In general.

I know with basic tv from sky you can have access to sky go. I use it.

I was wondering if virgin Media offer a similar online access?

Sorry, I should add that I know there is the free player, but I’m wondering if there is a player which gives access to other stuff like box sets, movies and sports which are inbuilt into his subscription

Yeah, it's called Virign Anywhere. Not great support though, can only use it on mobile devices or via a web browser on a computer.

Not a great selection of boxsets or films either and catch up is poor. Can't view recordings either.

It's really only good for live TV.

Is the selection of box sets the same on that as it is on his HD set top box or would the set top box have a bigger selection?
