You agree that there's been political interference with the US Postal Service to try to prevent postal votes from being counted by a Trump-appointed sleazebag?

Good, there's hope for you yet.

Haven't seen any evidence of that but I agree it is perfectly possible.

    That's my whole point.

Why not design a universal system for the whole country to allow people to vote by post that is not open to these sort of doubts? It's nuts.

Your man is claiming Pennsylvania again. This is going to get so messy.

Telling stories now as to why the election is supposedly rigged. No going back

Trump would have to win Nevada or Arizona here to win. He can't lose Georgia, North Carolina, or Pennsylvania Trump.

Basically what I'm getting is that Trump has to win Nevada. The others should go his way.

The entire presidency rests on Nevada. If Nevada comes in with a big update, we will know for sure.

Come on Nevada, do you want Las Vegas shut down under covid? Show us the anti-establishment crazies you are!!!

Nevada has the 2nd highest unemployment rate by state in the country right now under Trump. You expect them to vote for more of that?

A lot if people buy his schtick and have done so for many years now.

Even after rigging it, Tramp still couldn't win

Difference is, that was in the early stages of counting - some fluctuations were inevitable. Now, with the vast majority of ballots chalked off there is very little wiggle room for Trump. Biden just captured Maine for an almost unassailable lead in the electoral college votes, with Arizona and Nevada near certain to follow achieving 270 target.

    It's over.

Fluctuations were inevitable but not betting odds - I feel like people are falling into a fallacy with that type of thinking: 3/1 at the start of the night is the same as 3/1 right now - they are still the same chance. Think about it. Trump has around the same chance of coming back now as Biden did last night. I'm not saying he will, I'm saying it's possible.

Considering he was voted for again by roughly half the country - Christ, people will take this seriously and I have to hear about it.

Looks like Pennsylvania is flipping to Biden so not that important.

Yep. Arizona flipping back from being projected for Biden would be an upset.

A huge amount of that being due to covid shutdowns!

Biden has promised to shut down a lot more than Trump and tax them up the ass for their discretionary economy!

Oddschecker still saying 1/6. Remember Trump himself was 1/5 last night.

The key difference being how many ballots are left to be counted. There is very little wiggle room left for Trump now.

See how Irish people are arguing on an Irish forum. Can only imagine what it is like in the Us.

I doubt we will see a candidate as crass and ignorant as DT again in our lifetimes. America has problems, but this will hopefully be a low point.

Pennsylvania is exciting - Biden is gaining quickly, but I suppose the question is how many ballots are left to total.

Well they'll have to pull open the lid of how so many voters ate the lies about democratic socialism and biden being Castro.

My serious money would be on Facebook and targeted ads. Daily , constant never ending easy to spread lies to any audience you wish.

The EU are going to have to take a serious look at that organisation. Largest media company in the world and extremely dangerous sowing fabricated discontent.

Its been one to remember and i guess we'll be hearing the fall out for months

Trump in years to come will regret not being gracious in defeat although he will nevet admit it

In fact its miracle he got it to behing with people will look back in 30 years and think how the hell did that happen

Very interesting to see ehat Biden brings to the table and how the public see him in 4 years time

lol but as I was trying to explain about it to the other guy, that's included in the odds. Yes there are less ballots, but it's the same chance. You're falling into a fallacy.

I think that speech from Biden was very important, saying he'll work as hard for everyone that didn't vote for him as he will for those who did.

Apparently Donald Trump was marking his own Electoral College map when he declared himself the winner

Certainly the same chance. I'd rather be odds on with one state to go than one state confirmed.

Trump is now randomly "claiming" states on Twitter. He's decided to claim Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan. Sure might as well throw in California as well there, Donnie!

He is clearly panicking. The acts of a beaten man.

I think if Biden wins, the peaceful transfer of power which usually follows will be fraught, full of legal challenges, and sow further divisions in the US. The fact that Trump has been seeding doubts in the Democratic process from the outset has his voters primed.

    Trump 3,125,566
    Biden 2,817,321

    with 86% counted.

It is but the more extreme Trump supporters wouldn't even countenance listening to Biden. They're awaiting dog whistle orders from The Donald.

Apparently 7% of mail-in votes are stuck in the postal system

What does Chump have to say about that ???
