Nonsense. This only the 3rd time that an incumbent has been beaten and probably the only time it’s happened while the incumbent also increased his vote share. Trump is insanely bad but he is still popular and was never going to be easy to beat.

In the latest batch of votes in Georgia; Biden got 5.6k and Trump got 1.6k mostly from the Atlanta area.

There is no voter fraud. Zero. Nada. Zilch.

    I know that

    You missed my point..

If, say this was a 2008 Barack in against this lunatic, the result would have been emphatic for Obama..

That is probably the most fascinating story I've read about the election. If, as at one stage yesterday looked very possible, the electoral college count ended up 270 - 268 to Biden, the election would effectively have been decided by the actions of one man in Nebraska back in 2016. How is this possible in the supposed 'greatest country in the world'?

How is he a weak candidate? 70 million votes and counting. Trump has increased his vote share from 2016 and Biden is still beating him. If you’d offered that to the democrats that a year or two ago they’d have taken it in a heartbeat.

Only because they've been asleep at the wheel since 2008.

Obama or Clinton (strong candidates) would've absolutely wiped the floor with Trump.

The last two Democratic candidates have been leftovers from the two previous presidencies.

Pat Kenny is more excited about Biden winning than Joe is himself.

Will it be all wrapped up today or what's the delay now?

I agree. Even Hillary would have waltzed this.

Nope it would have been decided by the at least 270 electoral votes, I don't think you quite understand how this works, in any case its more likely now that he will get over 280

Now there's an interesting accusation - I suppose you have proof of it? Should be easy enough and a definite cause for investigation.

Looks like yet another false claim to me:

Yeah I fell for a made up meme. Accusation withdrawn!

My math's isn't the best. But if that trend continues then Georgia turns blue?

Are you saying its a good or bad thing (splitting seats to better reflect the popular vote)?

    A 100% chance.

Biden is a transitional leader, a safe pair of hands with 50 years in Congress and the White House who can cool everybody's jets. But he's no Roosevelt. Is Harris? We'll see, but her main job is to bring on young talent all around.

Harris will have to do an absolutely stellar job as VP to have any chance of standing on her own in 2024. Not a chance joe makes it 2 terms

I'm not sure. I think Trump votes comes from two camps. There are his cult like fans just following the hype, personality, showbiz aspect. Those people are clowns pure and simple. Then there are Republicans voters who probably despise Trump but can't countenance the idea of a democrat.
Biden, as a relative moderate candidate, was probably the best bet to lure those type of voters, but many still have the crazy notion that he is somehow socialist.

What's going on in Georgia & Penn - has counting stopped for the night? Or are they planning a big dump of votes?

In one of the states the state secretary went home to sleep. When he's back they say they'll have an update. As far as I know from having CNN on in the background

This is the thing. Brexit and Trumps win in 2016 (and his constant lieing strategy for 2020) are not the first examples of how misinformation can be used to swing elections. Social media has made it so easy to sow doubt and fake ideals about things. Look at the COVID thread and how uninformed so many people are about it and who continually just follow the information and sources they want to believe, it’s not just political.

If a person is accused of being racist or a rapist (or something like this), this stigma may stay with them forever even if they prove beyond doubt it’s a lie. This is why Trump keeps throwing out lies, some of them stick regardless of what’s proven and those believing it are not interested in discussing the validity of those lies.

The issue for Don is that he has flooded the place with so much shit, everything is now covered in shit, so no one knows what shit is real and what shit is fake and whether this shit should be listened to. So he can spout as much shit as he likes but it won't stick, because everything is covered in shit.

This is going to the SCOTUS. Biden won't get the win so easy as reaching 270.

    Thoughts?

Because they worship a 200 year old document and voting system and both parties refuse to relinquish their power over it.

Thankfully the interstate popular vote compact is getting closer and closer to passing which will completely nullify the electoral college

Not a hope will she get the nom in 2024.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the like of Jon Ossoff in the run off for it though.

Where's the 'clear evidence' of skullduggery?

if you looked it up , you might know their gripes instead of just being a blowhard on the internet...

one example in Michigan 7 people older than the oldest person alive, in the world ,voted.

look up the rest yourself - i'm not your nursemaid

I'd say we'll have an idea today - as in votes counted in some of the states. But there'll be challanges and recounts.
So the 100% finalised and legal result won't be until they hand the counts into the senate in December 14th (I believe)

They can file all the lawsuits they want- that is easy.

Whether or not the suits have merit is an entirely different matter. Simply not liking the result is not the strongest argument to put forward.

Where the results are extremely close enough to allow small amounts of voters chancing their arm voting in person ‘forgetting’ they asked the husband or wife to post their ballot.

But that can't happen - Well , it can happen but only one vote will be counted.

If you voted in person your name will be "ticked off" on a list.

When they open the mail-in ballot , part of the verification is to check the in-person list if you have been marked as voting in person the mail-in ballot is binned.

Same happens in reverse in places like Florida that process mail-in ballots 1st. You'd be checked off and when you arrive they'd tell you that your mail-in ballot was received and processed..

    No Fraud occurs.

7 Votes out of 5.5m cast, clearly evidence of widespread voter fraud :p

I heard a good one earlier, apparently from a Bill Clinton aid- "Pennsylvania is Philadelphia in the East, Pittsburgh in the West and Alabama in the middle". Made me laugh.

When can we expect numbers coming in from the outstanding States today?

Regardless of the result, the fact that 67 million people looked at the hellscape that Trump created over the last 4 years and said 'yeah, I want 4 more years of that' is a damning indictment of that country and the fact that it's empire is rapidly collapsing.
