Associated Press calls SC race for Lindsey Graham.

Clearly, flatly violating your Word is not a problem for most South Carolinians. Crazy.

North Carolina gone to Trump at the moment.

and PA, he's got the 270 pretty much in the bag.

PA can't be called when they haven't counted the early votes though.

I live in Texas, proper Republican stronghold. We're red as they come down here. Recently as I've been driving downtown, I see nothing but Biden and Harris signs. The only Trump signs are ones that say 'NOT AGAIN' spray painted on them. The locals have started calling him Roadhouse Joe because he's a man of the people. Trump is TOAST..

I live in North Dakota where a Democrat hasn't won since John Adams. I see Biden signs everwhere I go and we've even taken to calling him "Frackin' Joe" because we know he has our backs. The working class is turning away from Trump, he's ****ed.

Both sides will down play their chances. Easier to feign surprise at a win they said wouldn't happen than have to eat humble pie over a premature celebration.

slight improvement for biden in bookies odds.

Biden isn't doing very well in the early Michigan returns where you would expect him to be well ahead. Another State were the polls were predicting a comfortable Biden win.

They count the in-person votes first there so Trump would be expected to lead early.

Biden is certainly at the races, but we're moving into that stage of the night where he needs to demonstrate that he can win.

The Fox News coverage is dreadful - their map guy (forget his name) is SOOOO sluggish and uninteresting compared to CNN and MSNBC, he also sounds like he's lost his voice... look how unenergetic he is, what a nightmare... what are they doing?! This is terrible. Fox News used to have at least high production quality, that was one of their best traits.

Watching Arizona now. Biden leads by 9. Since he led Ohio by 13 at one stage, 9 means very little.

He was also 200k ahead in Ohio. Pay no attention to the early vote

Nate Silver getting a bit upset that people are complaining about the polls on twitter:

Well maybe don't patronise people who question the polls pre election Nate!

The die is cast at this stage.

How come "the Guardian" has it 131-98 Biden?

Just goes to show that the higher turnout = better for Democrats narrative was way, way off.

At least you will have someone to complain about for the next 4 years ... and the middle east get take a sigh of relief. They deserve it.

    The best man won.

Nate Silver is in my opinion an idiot who doesn't know anything. He's just a brand.

With an enthusiasm gap like there has been, the idea that higher turnout was highly favourable to Biden (as much as they thought) was unlikely.
