How to submit a meter reading online. Strange numbers pre-filled in online form.

    I have attached a screenshot of what I see in the online form. 

    There are some number pre-filled. *****3671

    What is the "3671" part? Do I need to add that to my reading?

    So my current day reading is 40705.

    What do I enter into the box? 407053671? Do I need to add the 3671?

    Hi there, 

    Thank you for getting in touch. 

    There is no need to include those digits.

    It looks like they could be the last four digits of your RM serial number, which is on your meter box. 

    Can you please send us a private message if you are unsure?

    We will need the following details by private message for account security: 

    - Your full name
    - Your account number
    - Your address
    - Your contact number
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder (Yes/No)
