Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    If you win something, I would recommend that you take a screenshot as soon as you slide to redeem and the 30 minute counter starts. You will be able to use those screenshots right up until the promotion ends, which is May 5th if I remember right. In any case, you're doing nothing wrong. It's been the same for me :)

    3 day expiry on them so as already mentioned, screenshot it immediately and it keeps until end of promotion 4th May plus the 3 days.

    Don't need to redeem that until 4th May.

    Thr was a 10-11 days gap for me before i started winning again ! Maybe u r in that period at this stage.
