I never have. In the terms it says you can't win until you have redeemed it. Did you redeem it and screenshot but not collected or had you not even clicked redeem.

No you can't win until you redeem any pending unredeemed prizes.

I've won 4 items in a single day though, you just need to ensure you redeem each one as soon as you win it, and take a screenshot of each.

5 extra scratches on half of the phones used this morning.
Won 3 prizes on one phone after taking screenshots of each win and using the rest of the scratches.
Won't have to pay for another cash wash for a while .

How do screenshots work, I thought once you screenshot you are claiming it in a particular station?

If u have not redeemed it, copy the link when opened in browser and send them that and they can redeem it themselves. If u have redeemed it and took the screenshot before the 30 minutes expired you have to send them the screenshot by WhatsApp or else post it to a image uploader site and then send them the link to that.

No u can redeem it at any station and you have till January then otherwise it expires after 3 days
