I had issues the last promotion with 2 screen shots for bakery items. Has anyone used screenshot for bakery items this time

Just tried a screenshot for coffee this morning. It didn’t seem to go through. Yet one behind the till was bang on, didn’t even question it.

Then she went out front and her mate came along, I tried a link for a donut she just gave me the waffle about only a danish. I said grand. Then she tried to tell me I’d used the link now because I had scanned it for the donut so I couldn’t have it!!!!!!

First Lady sorted it out.

Won’t be going back to that station if I can help it that person is there every morning and never nice. There is another station close by where the staff treat you like it’s your birthday, I’ll go there instead in future

Did not work for me for pepsi max and kitkat at my local but i think its issue with products and mapping on their side !

Also some grumpy staff does not help either !!

I got that in last promotion.
I pinged the picture on the scanner and then did it again when it didn't work the first time, bloke nearly had a heart attack.
He said it won't go through twice so only ping it once but once it's done, it won't work a 2nd time unless they do something with the till first to get it through.

Most screenshsots are working for me apart from Pepsi Max and others having problems with a Kit Kat as well.

Sandwich and air freshner screenshots both worked today.
They didn't have Reign Sour Apple in stock so couldn't check that.

i collected a pepsi (not screenshot) and there was problems. Cashier said take it away even though it wouldn't scan (or it scanned but wasn't clearing off the til for free).

Second time my Pepsi max screenshot wouldn't work. Of course he wouldn't let me just take it anyway.. He said it had already been used. Clearly not as I had redeemed it myself then screenshot it. I guess best is to just use it before the days time out and not use a screenshot
