Standing order query

    I set up a standing order to pay rent to cork city council money went out but they didn't receive it and cant see the standing order on the account to amend it.

    Thanks for your post. 

    We would suggest sending a query through Ask a Question in the Service Desk when logged on to 365 Online through a browser and an adviser with account access will be happy to look into this and get back to you.
