    It was part of a hearing. I think I posted it here earlier it was removed from twitter
    He full hearing is still up I think

    As to the recording seems edited

    But he was stating same all over twitter.
    Its illegal to certify fraud if you are aware of it.

    Like dead voters, non residents etc. Which would give him the win
