Littlewoods available to deliver?

I recently ordered two items of furniture at Littlewoods. One piece was due to arrive the 7th of November and it arrived on the 31st of October with no real warning. The second item is due the 16th. When I track it says ‘‘available to deliver.’’ Does anybody know what this means? Or how they are with delivery with large…
