Visa Debit Card not Working in USA

    Dear BOI,
    My visa debit card is not working for chip and pin payments in the USA but is working for contactless payments.
    How can I fix this?

    It’s possible that your card may have been flagged with our card security team for a security check. 

    We’d advise contacting this team directly by calling 00353 56775 7007 or by emailing the team at fpucardsecurity@boi.com and one of my colleagues would certainly be able to check your card for you and offer further guidance.
