he would need solid evidence of something.

if he has 1 example is that enough? no idea.

    would doubt it TBH.

but yes, he could win in the courts if he can present evidence of some sort of a fraud. not really win is my understanding; but null and void the election.

in this hypothetical, what happens then does anyone know?

**** has to be paid for. There will be no new drugs if big pharmas make no profit. Do you expect the world to be policed for free?

Yeah, the poor Pharma companies operating at a loss everywhere other than the US.

Not a chance. It's laughable and massively disrespectful to all those involved in the election process.

It's also completely naive to think such carry on can happen.

All that will happen is some lawyers will get a nice bonus and taxpayer will get shafted once again - financially as well as with the small case of continuing to ignore COVID while he goes off on this oddysey to massage his broken ego.

He thinks this election can be overcome like a business problem. “People will bow down to me and do what I say and believe my version of the truth because I’m the boss.”

When confronted with a problem that can’t be solved like that, business people call in the lawyers.

Neither tactic works in a democratic election. I’m not sure Donald has worked that out yet.

It does have to be paid for, and it is. There's a difference between making a nice profit and charging as much as you humanly can. America does not police the world for free - there is significant advantage in helping maintain western hegemony, but if they weren't so beholden to the military-industrial complex, they could have a strong military presence in the world and still have money left over to help its own citizens directly without even needing tax hikes.

If hes got one example he might get a couple of votes cancelled or a recount called at most.

But not enough to reverse the result in any of the states as the margins are too great, even in Georgia...but he'd need to get the results reversed in 4 different states. One of which they were calling for the counting to stop and another they were calling for the counting to continue.

Any judge will just tell them to feck off out of their court.

It does happen you just dont understand it.

Oh, I was under impression the signatures don't have to match. What actually happens?

lol, the entire security world has admitted there is no way to verify electronic votes. Electronic money is different to a paper trail in voting. People can watch electronic money and make sure it's in the right place - you can't do the same thing with voting because people can be corrupt at any stage. Also if you're missing money you're going to cry afoul, but you can't know when your vote is "missing" or hasn't been counted. If you're so confident then why did they stop using it? Why do they say security won't allow it?

Read up on it, I find it confusing and non-intuitive myself but security experts all agree that electronic voting is not possible. You can't trust your first instincts on it which is what people did for electronic machine and/or online voting. They tried online voting in Japan and it doesn't work either and was abandoned.

Mail in voting was always supposed to be for a small fraction of people who couldn't leave their home but desperately wanted to vote. It was meant to be a nice gesture more than anything else. A small fraction of votes that could be properly looked after. Not this endless masses and masses of mail in votes that nobody could keep track of and take days to even count properly.

So who did all the cheating? The Trump supporters that turned up and voted on the untraceable electronic voting machines or the Biden ones that stayed home in a pandemic and voted by traceable paper ballots?

if mom can forge the signatures of 4 other people then fair play to her. Every system of voting has inherent flaws.

The whole forged signature is a problem when a stranger gets his hand on a 100 ballots and forges them with signatures of names he finds somewhere, people he knows, phonebook ect. They would hopefully never be counted as the signature would be wrong.

In a home a person would have many many documents with signatures from people in the home, or can simply ask them to sign.
Big difference, one is fraud, the others is '' oh well it's Covid Time, what can you do, it's acceptable this time round''

A Sister asking her brother, Uncle Bob who lives in the basement for a signature while he is drunk watching tv is a genuine vote his time round.

He could have done all that without being a dickhead though, couldn't he?

It was never about what he achieved, it was about HIM. Idiot Almighty.

Yes, look at what voting for all the smooth talkers has gotten us. Trillions in debt, God knows how many wars.

Yes lets vote for more debt and more wars because Trump can be a dick. The "peace loving" Lefties really showed him.

BTW. You vote for polices. Not personality. Try it here one time. Ireland might not be so ****ed.

Of course he could win if it goes to the Supreme court, the majority of them are his supporters.

Doesnt mean itd be the right result.

Not organized that's for sure. But history will show millions of first time voters, all voting on genuine ballots, and all rightly getting counted.
But there is no accountability for .. lets say Mom, who got 5 ballots in the mail. One for her, husband, two sons and daughter. Mom the only one who would ever vote in person, rest have no interest, and never did, and never will vote, couldn't careless about the whole crapfest that it is. But Mom used her 5 ballots, filled them all in, and threw them from her car window into a ballot box. Suddenly Biden has 5 votes this election, rather than one in a normal election where mom can't hide her husband, two sons and daughter in her purse while she goes to vote in person.
The system is flawed, while the count I believe is honest.
    This ...crap....again ..

Trump added trillions to the national debt even before coronavirus and expanded bombing in places like Yemen and Somalia. Next time check your talking points before spouting rubbish.

Are you kidding? The US or any western country doesn't use electronic voting machines anymore for reasons already explained.

    I'll bite.
Or like electronic voting - there is just no proper trail that can be watched all the way from person to count. There were plenty of people willing to bet their house on electronic voting (Ireland's ludicrously expensive electronic voting disaster springs to mind) and after one or two years of use it all collapsed because there is no way to regulate it or ensure its legitimacy.

No voting system is foolproof and they all have their flaws. Just because your candidate lost doesn't mean you should jump to the assumption that it's because of a flawed voting system, especially when you weren't concerned about the integrity of that voting system as recently as four years ago.
You can choose to believe that Biden got by far the most votes of anyone else in the history of the presidential election and Trump got the second most, easily destroying the amount that won him it last time. You can choose to believe that people went out and voted more strongly than ever, despite being in the middle of the worst and most deadly pandemic in modern times and almost all the votes came in Biden. Vastly more than all the people who voted for Hillary. To vote for someone who has mixed up his wife and sister. But is it smart to believe it? No.

Turnout was high this year because democrats made the mistake four years ago of assuming that no one in their right mind would vote for someone the likes of Trump, were shown to be wrong and were not going to make that same mistake again. Republicans were aware that democrat turnout would be greater this time because of that and so their turnout also became higher. It is fully expected and is in no way odd that both candidates broke records with the number of votes.
The truth is that election fraud happens a lot more often than would ever be admitted by people in western democracies. This is because the people must have faith that they have power, that their vote matters. In reality lots of shenanigans occur behind the scenes, and this time there was particular opportunity for it.

No, that is not the truth, that is your opinion. As I said, you were not concerned about the voting system four years ago, you are only concerned now because your candidate lost.

Republican could easily do the same.
