    On the grounds that it wasn't personal abuse. Yes i contacted him and he said to appeal if i wish.

    the mod in question just requested the card be reversed, so I'm not sure if wires got crossed here somehow or what.

    Either way this appeal is now moot so I am marking this as resolved.
