Can't get WOL working

I've a Windows XP machine that I want to leave powered off but need to connect to occasionally from a Windows 10 machine.

Was hoping to use WOL. I've enabled this in the remote BIOS and tried a couple of freeware utilities to do the waking. Neither of them work.

    Any ideas?

Could Windows 10 do the waking?

Hacked at it for a bit and got it working.

I used PowerOff 3.0 to send the wake up packet.

Had to enable wol in bios and switch off nic power saving in Windows.

Only works from suspend, but that does me.
