    Hi,
    I opened a graduate current account a number of years ago that i never used. I have now recieved an email stating that the account is to be converted to a personal account shorty and I will be charged monthly.
    Can you please help me I do not know the details of the account as I never used the account.

    In this instance, as it is likely the account is inactive/dormant, it is best to call into your local branch with photo Id and one of my colleagues with account access will be more than happy to look into this for you.
