Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Folks,

Just looking to order this, does anyone have experience with the 30 day contract package with Virgin?. Virgin send you out the hub and set it yourself. The house doesn't have a landline, is this an issue?

    Cheers

As far as I know, if you've never had cable at your address before (or it has been a long time since it was active at that address) they will still send an engineer out as they may need to:
    a) Reconnect the existing point or install a new one
    b) Replace the cable (and point) with a new one

If you have a point and it's live then you'd just have to plug the modem into the port marked 'TV', the package will include the bits you need and the instructions are straightfowards: Plug modem in, and wait about 30 minutes for it to go through the automatic setup process
