How do I order a statement?

    I have called a number which is just a loop !
    I need a statement ASAP. Can you help with a phone number to call ?

    Hi cj maxx,

    Thanks for your post. 

    To request a statement you can call 0818365365 and select the option 1 for Service on Your Account and you will be requested to key in your account number and three random digits from your 365 PIN, option 5 in this menu will give you the option to request a statement. You can also request an up to date statement on 365 Online on the Statements screen.
