Dual fuel switch August - still pending, still waiting for resolution, still no switc

    I switched dual fuel in mid August as mentioned in https://www.boards.ie/ttfthread/2058120274.

    Unfortunately the switch is still "half finished" (only gas has been switched), the issue has still not been resolved and I am receiving no replies to my private messages to electric ireland on boards.ie.

    After an almost 3 month wait I would welcome the completion of this switch.
