Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey all,

I have a ZGemma H7S, works a treat. My buddy has ordered one, and it's being sent to my house, it's for his house in Cork (he lives in UK). I told him I'd set it all up, and have just realised they don't have internet in his Cork house, just mobile broadband when needed. Is it possible for the likes of CrossEpg or similar to populate epg listings OTA? Or do you need to have internet connection? Same goes for autobouquets (I assume this is definitely internet only?)

If you need internet, is there a decent wifi adapter for this? I've been told it won't need to stream/etc.

EPG data is read directly from the satellite and doesn't need a net connection. The main use of the net is for software updating and adding extra plugins (apps). The box should work perfectly well without it.

BTW if you have a backup of your own box, you can use that to quickly setup the new box with the same settings, bouquets etc assuming they are the same model.

Ah sound. So connect to net, install all plugins/etc and then it'll work regardless of network connectivity?

ABM doesn't require an internet connection, either.
