    I live in Dublin 24 broadband usually OK but in re e t weeks it's very poor and now is not working at all since yesterday. When I phoned them they said it wd be ten working days before an engineer calls. . Could it be they are hoping if service is bad you will buy their homeworker or business package?. Have u had a similar experience. Thanks
