Toy: Rolly tractor for grass

I think this is the right forum, I want to get my 5 year old a peddle tractor. Rollys as they seem the best, problem is 99% of our house is grass around. I got a lend off a mate of one and he can peddle on the concrete but once he hits the grass he stops. He can't do it. Just a little but if he stops then he can't restart…

What options? I seen some more expensive ones with pump up wheel, pneumatic ones, anyone experience?
Also I seen an option with gears, it says to go up hills but would this help?
