unlock vodafone router?

I'm out of contract on my vodafone mobile broadband but they say you can't unlock it from the sim provided with it. Is there any way to do that without vodafone's help? The router is a b528

I've no experience with that particular model. However, I have in past had success on €bay for unlock codes with a search. Just check feedback and items sold etc. to minimise the risk of being had.
