Parrot 3200 LS software update.

I’ve bought a used car with the above kit fitted. However, the screen is showing a “P” in settings which means it needs updating. Has anybody here updated their parrot kits using laptop and downloaded update tool etc. Failing that, is there anyone around the southeast who installs them, repairs them etc. Thanks in advance.
