hi...im looking for a nice telly before Christmas. ive a Panasonic yoke for the last few years and, tbh, the picture was always very bad. grand when its bright, but for darker pictures it would get very blotchy...almost pixilated. basically, it could not handle black colours well at all. 

i have my laptop hooked up to the telly, although i don't use it for gaming or anything like that. im not looking for anything too fancy, just a really good picture, and im thinking 55". i have about €4-500 to spend. what have you got there on offer?

they all look fine to me. i presume there are no major differences between these. do they all handle darker colours well? will it take long to deliver? and, what is your return policy? btw, will any of these be on offer for BF?

finally, if i was to stretch a little bit more (a couple hundred) say what 1 telly would you recommend and why?

Personally I prefer the Samsung television to the Hisense at these price points.
The Samsung would produce the better image of the two.

A lot of our Black Friday deals are already live but you never know what the actual Black Friday may hold.

Hi Chuky_r_Law.

First test to do to see if the optical is getting a signal. Is to plug one end into the TV and you should see a red light on the end that is not connected.

If not you might need to tell the TV to output the audio via the Optical which is usually in Settings...Sound Out....Then change it to Optical.

I take it the YAS103 was working with another TV previously?
