100mm+ decorative stone

sorry if this is the wrong place.

Anyone any ideas where I would get 100mm+ stones for a section in a Japanese garden ?
I have been offered Scottish Cobble stones but they are 300 a ton !

Looking for something a little more "cost efficient"

Yes? Delivery is extra on the other crowd too, and no indication of what weight is in a bag, just the area it will cover. The OP would have to do a bit more homework but the ideas are there.

Have you any suggestions?
