Great kick and finish to be fair. Did they have a penalty advantage or did they just go for it?

Let's put this game down as a development game. Great opportunity to learn and develop...

Yup. Keenan will learn from that. It was a poor judgement of where he planted his jumping foot.

I disagree. It was a brilliant kick. Attacker always had the advantage.
His attempt was very poor. How he set up to contest the kick was terrible.
Good kick but Keenan didnt do well at all.

Lenihan saying Keenan was static... He quite clearly wasn't.. he attacked it just as hard but got caught under it.

England are team known for absolutely booting the leather off the ball.

Ireland have one absolutely world class high ball receiver in the back 3. One. Andrew Conway...

Penalty advantage for offside against Healy.

Excellent crossfield from Farrell, not a whole lot Keenan could do bar grow a few inches.

Yup, have to give kudos to Farrell for the kick, gave May every chance.

    Utterly, utterly shocking.

Could well be the game when we cough up scores like that.

Great work and effort from May but for **** sake I cant watch this ****e at times.

Jesus Christ that was shocking defence. Our set pieces are very poor.

Much improved on 3 previous thrashings. Ok they’ve scored 2 already but we are not devoid of moving them backwards and getting thrashed in contact. Some stupid errors but much more promising start.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,799 ✭✭✭✭Pudsy33

Kelleher is not an international hooker

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,172 ✭✭✭✭kmart6

Such a poor attempt at a tackle by Farrell.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,370 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

This is just getting boring. Same as the France game.

    Can't convert attacking set pieces.

    Honestly, pathetic.

Kellehers lineout not close to good enough and Farrell missing a basic 1v1 tackle

The best hooker we have in the country? Christ

He isn't..not by a country mile.. but that's an argument for a different day

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,800 ✭✭✭Tomtom364

If he can't throw into a line out kelleher shouldn't be pkaying.

Very poor miss tackle by Chris Farrell.

Did James Lowe just not bother to chase that back??

    Embarrassing

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,098 ✭✭✭UAEguy2020

Its pretty sad how you have professional hookers and they arent capable of the very basics of their job...

You just knew it would the crooked before the lineout happened...

England are more likely to score from an Irish lineout than we are...

  • Moderators, Arts Moderators Posts: 35,554 Mod ✭✭✭✭pickarooney

Enough of this ****e from Kelleher now. He needs to go back and learn to throw and try again in a few years.

Is the issue Kelleher or the lineout?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    Line out......Christ, that's dreadful .

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,008 ✭✭✭leakyboots

How was POM the closest to him going over the line, he was still in the air when the English got the ball?

Lowe is in the background jogging

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,581 ✭✭✭bennyl10

How can we not have any test level hooker?

That was some disaster. Controlled the first 15 mins well but have crumbled a bit now.

Our line out cost us in France and has cost us here already too
