Leicester unlucky not to have their usual penalty already. Matip actually moved his hand out towards the ball. The handball rule is so inconsistent.

Is there any penalty/VAR decision that is consistent - for instance - why wasn't the ref told to go to the monitor and look at that it slow motion like numerous other incidences this weekend??
