    Hi guys,

Sub purchased in Feb 2018, discovered today it wasn't working, no power status lighting up. Wall socket is good, plug fuse is good, could be a blown fuse on the sub itself, any other ideas?

    Hi Aph,

thanks for the post and sorry to hear your QA Sub is giving issues - honestly that is REALLY rare!

If you look at the manual or the back panel of your sub you should see that there is an internal fuse for your sub in a small housing to the left of the mains cable - 100% worth checking that this is not blown - if it is intact it will have to come back to us for treatment unfortunately..

Keep us posted with how you get on with the internal fuse..
