    My reasoning for picking 42 was that it was released in 85 and there was no way there was 85 singing in it, so in the absence of any knowledge just take half of 85 to get 42. That's as good a reason as any right?

    It was actually released in December 1984 just after a report from Ethiopia. The Live Aid concert took place in July 1985.
