The latter had to do without any painkiller whatsoever after the poor lady took bad, the entire floor of medics were involved in the resuscitation. Awful scene. I saw a guy being mugged and beaten up outside store street Garda station. How long did it take to get a guard to the scene? 10 minutes.

A city manager or Mayor who gave a fcuk and had a bit of power could do tremendous work.

Personally, I would have no problem paying an extra tax for a privatised front line security in Dublin and other areas - could recruit them from Continental Europe - would actually bring more money into the city also with commerce and tourism
