My query is - can a players home club see a members "unprocessed away scores" - under the old golfnet system they were clearly visable is my account ( and indeed taken into accounts for reductions or point 1s ) but under the WHS they have vanished and are not taken into account.

The ILGU handicap rules seem to place the onus on the home club to process these away scores in a timely manner - However I cannot see any similar handbook for GUI. When I queried with my handicap secretary his said he cannot see them etc

any help appreciated
