Eir Holding the line

    Trying to switch providers. I made an order with Eir for broadband & tv. I was left waiting 3 weeks without service and kept being told it would be up and running Wednesday then Wednesday would turn into Friday and so on... So I cancelled I was fed up. I contacted Vodafone to join them but they're telling me that my line is active. And I've contacted my previous provider sky and they said they are definitely not holding the line as we gave UAN to Eir but seemingly eir did not generate a new UAN
