Rx 570 vs GTX 1650

As the title says is there a clear winner here? Looking for a little upgrade on an R9 270 and I think one of these will fit the bill. Both seem to be coming in at around the £170 mark (although the 570 is 8gb). Two examples below and I would appreciate any advice or recommendations. Thanks…

At $399, the RTX 3060 Ti provides faster performance than the RTX 2080 Super or the RTX 2080 graphics cards, each of which started at $699 in 2019 and 2018 respectively.

The 3060 ti is 163% faster than 1650

With a price to match. And sucks a lot of juice doing it.
