tax treatment of esb compensation

    Does anyone know how to treat compensation from ESB for loss of potential forestry income? i cant see anything online apart from something saying that it may be subject to cgt

    I reckon that's a question for your accountant.

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
